Service Announcement Important Update from Community Living Mississauga Career Connection would like to inform our community of an upcoming change to our services. As of June 30, 2026, Career Connection will no longer be providing Employment Ontario services. We recognize that this change may be significant for the people we support, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and supportive transition. This change represents an important step in Community Living Mississauga journey back to our core values—placing a strong focus on person-centred supports and empowering people we support to achieve their goals. As we evolve, we are refocusing our efforts on supporting people in ways that are meaningful to them, building on their strengths, interests, and aspirations. While our Employment Ontario services are coming to a close, we are excited about this transition and the opportunities it creates. Career Connection will be introducing new services centered on work readiness and skills development, designed to better support people in achieving their personal outcomes and living more inclusive, self-directed lives.
